Life isn’t all fun and silliness, is it? After my girl and I passed a full week away from reality on vacation, it was time for the two of us to confront reality. From high interest rates on our credit cards and our auto loan to household plans left unfinished, she and I had our work cut out for us. And I’m stubborn old dog, so I was not quitting on my GPS project, either.
First we addressed the credit cards. Gratefully, even in this time of tough credit, credit card companies and auto loan agencies seem anxious to please people with good credit. My wife did a great job isolating the optimum deal on zero percent credit cards.
I’m thankful someone in the household has some sure sense of our financial situation… and it sure as heck isn’t me. But the lower interest and smaller monthly bills should really furnish us some breathing room.
Then we had to discuss a number of home betterments we had been planning for quite some time. Some may suppose we have no business investing in improvements at this time, but what can I say? We prefer to stubbornly press onward.
My wife has been looking over the different available a steam shower and we both agree on the bathroom lights and bathroom sinks we want for our bathroom remodel, but after looking over some discount bedding tips, we’re no longer on the same page for the new bedding.
Thankfully, she’s being either supportive or tolerant of my small gadget fixation. I’m not too bad about it, but I have my weakness. In making the dress, first stitch the back plait and the front tuck. Then gather the shoulder fulness in front, and sew both the front and the back to the sleeves. Finally, fold the dress for stitching the under-arm seams, keeping the ends of the shoulder seams together. Stitch the dress and sleeve under-arm seams in one, as for a kimono sleeve. Face or bind the front opening, hem the skirt, apply collar and cuffs, and the dress is complete.
Much is said at present about lines that run down in front and up in the back, or vice versa, over the hips. These bear no relation to the waist line, which is frequently missing, and are used in conjunction with the molded lines that follow, quite subtly, the natural lines of the figure.
